Your use of this Website is subject to these terms of use and all applicable laws. By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms of use.


  1. We offer the Click & Go Collect platform to all NZ businesses, and are not liable for ensuring they are trading in accordance with NZ laws.
  2. We do not get involved in any arrangement contractually or otherwise between businesses and customers.
  3. Orders between customers and businesses are done so as an arrangement between the 2 entities and are not overseen by Click & Go Collect nor do we act as agents for either party.
  4. We may communicate with you from time to time about your Click & Go Collect Account, with an option to unsubscribe.
  5. We maintain the right to suspend or close your account if we suspect foul play or receive bad feedback from your operation.
  6. If businesses are found to not be compliant with the relevant lockdown safety and hygiene requirements we reserve the right to close their account.
  7. We expect users to behave honestly and kindly, for orders to be placed in good faith of preparation and collection. 
  8. Businesses own the content on their marketplace pages and are responsible for updating hours and products.


Fair Trading Act

The Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act apply to orders made through this website.

When you buy something online, you and the seller have entered into a contract electronically. You’re bound by the same rules and laws as if you received a paper contract.


Consumer Guarantees Act

When you buy online from a business based in New Zealand and you are not happy with a product or service, you can ask for it to be repaired, replaced or for a refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

Set up businesses with online stores; enable customers to order from online stores


Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter an email address or phone number, we’ll be unable to provide online store or customer functions.

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing restricted access to it.

All customer information is held privately under the Privacy Act (1993) and will not be distributed to anybody outside of our organization.


Can I change my order?

It is not possible to change your order once it has been sent to the provider.

If you are able to contact the merchant they may be able to provide you with different options

What do I need to collect my order?

You will need your order number plus valid identification (ID/Passport/Drivers licence).

How do I pay?

Contactless payments are organised directly by the provider and not by Click & Go Collect. This works through honesty, if you order it is expected you will turn up, pay and collect your order. 

How do I cancel my order?

You must contact the store and discuss if this is possible – if the order has already been made it may not be possible and you are liable to pay for it.
